These are the first ever spritz cookies to make it through the cookie press. They are MOCHA! Does anyone have recipes for spritz cookies that are actually soft enough to be pressed? I had to add another 1/4 cup of butter to my recipe to get it to a consistency that I believed would work... this is the recipe I used.
