Update on the sickies...

I took Ephraim to the doctor today as he has had a fever of 103 since midnight yesterday.
She gave him antibiotics for an ear infection and looked at a suspect rash forming, said it could be a heat rash (my choice) or the beginning of measles (crap!) nothing is working to bring down his fever, it is now 104.6 (40) he is still drinking water but everything else is at a stand still. I am exhausted and getting worse myself and Solomon (the only healthy one) has joined the ranks with a low grade...
Avoid us at all costs... It isn't helping that my current reading material just talked about the spanish flu killing whole towns and cities in early 1900's.

On an up note I bought some comfort food at Vic's fruit market... strawberries, snap peas, almond butter, goat cheese...

AND I had an hour and half nap when my mother-in-law stayed after we got back from the doctor.
