I woke up with baby at 6, and started some dough for my own cinnamon buns as I was informed the night before that the grocery shop had not happened for my breakfast in bed menu....
Once everyone was up, Mike made coffee and left for his bike race without us. (He flatted after the first lap and DNFed) We call that divine retribution.
My sister bought me one of the books on my list with her employee discount, because I whined to her that I didn't so much as get a construction paper heart....
the next day however....
a belated breakfast in bed, prepared and served by Jack and Solomon, complete with a half cup of coffee, black with loads of sugar...
And a construction paper heart.
Okay, they do appreciate me... and who doesn't crave carrots and olives with a side of grapes and banana at 7 a.m. the day after Mother's day?

Perfect!
I have to admit your boys are ingenious when it comes to pampering their Mommy!
Ah Tami..It's not easy being a mother. It can be a thankless job. If it were easy, fathers would do it.

Although I can be a suck - i probably would have cried. We have not yet had the breakfast in bed here...but i think it wouldn't occur to Him as he would have never done that growing up. but he does make a mean breafast...and i'm just glad to be in the kitchen a little less for the day!
Tami You are a Great Mama!
